We ship worldwide! We cannot expedited international shipping or speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates.
CUSTOM TAXES: customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
LEAD TIME: orders ship within 1-4 business days of purchase.
DELIVERY TIME: depends on the shipping method that you choose. Express shipping is 5-10 business days, regular shipping is 10 -18 business days.
Exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.
EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.
